About Educators at the Cafe
Educators at the Cafe a space where educators can connect, recharge, and dream big about their future in education. Spend a moment here to chat with other curious lifelong learners, adventurous expats, and innovative leaders. Everyone here is invested in education.
Like a buzzing coffeehouse, EATC is a space where all educators are welcome to sit and chat. Your interests, your goals, and your story impact your role as an educator and ultimately, any lasting improvements in education start as interesting ideas shared with others.
Feel free to eavesdrop on our YouTube videos as you would a great conversation in a cafe. Learn about a new idea and consider sharing your perspective.
Chat with another educator at the pick-up counter about your teaching role(s) and share your thoughts about modern education trends.
Collect your coffee order and pause to discuss your search for a great teaching role internationally with the barista.
Our metaphorical cafe is a place where ideas inspire action and community. We hope that by empowering the individual educator to take action, we can plant the seeds of sustainable revolution in modern education. We imagine a future in which educators' voices echo when important decisions are being made about education, and where education is consistently valued worldwide.
Currently EATC is focused on helping educators prepare to secure their first role internationally which aligns with their values, their skills, and their dreams as an educator. Being fulfilled in your life abroad impacts your ability to be a great educator.
We also plan to have events and offers throughout the year such as webinars and live calls on Instagram so that we can engage as a community. Stay tuned on IG!
The name 'Educators at the Cafe' is inspired by the coffeehouses in history that became gathering spaces for the exchange of ideas over a simple cup of coffee, and how sometimes the conversations in these cafes skewed toward revolution.
Education has the best opportunity right now, lead by individual leaders in local communities, to transform. Helping highly-qualified professionals in education move into roles in which they hold shared values and can actively grow their skills is directly related to our overall goal of empowering educators to create the future of education.
Our modern world moves fast, but with both coffee and a compass in hand, the Educators at the Cafe community can act for the "most good and least harm" while being incredibly joyful in our teaching lives.
We are ready for a revolution in education led by educators, the trusted professionals who deserve to feel incredible, appreciated, fulfilled, and inspired in their work. Serving a worldwide online community, EATC is designed to feel like a welcoming cozy local coffeehouse, where you are valued and known. We encourage connection with your local community and your EATC community.
We hope you enjoy your coffee as you dream about your future life teaching abroad, and consider starting your coaching journey with me, Christina, sooner rather than later.
I hope to meet you soon!

Why?
Imagine... thousands of educators are employed in environments where they are valued, where they are fulfilled & impactful, and where they are growing in their profession. All of this is because they've had the empowering experience of deciding to serve in education communities (including quality international schools) that serve them too. They go to, and from, work as highly respected leaders of society.
My Belief
My Mission
My Vision
To teach the world (society) to value, to respect, and to compensate educators, by offering educators the experience of being properly valued, shown respect, and being compensated correctly, so that the educators can no longer accept the subpar offers of society and instead create the world they deserve to live and teach in.
You can live the life you have dreamed about.
I have followed this belief in my life and it drove me to change my environment, which then showed me I could relearn my intrinsic value, and I could become a better educator, and I could push beyond what I thought I was capable of. I'm actively creating my dream life.
